I recently went to Best Buy; I bought this Garmin watch on
a whim. And I think it'll help my training and health goals hopefully for the
long run.
This piece of technology does not have a touch-screen
display, it has five buttons that I can press cleanly.
The watch face is customizable which I did not know
depending on what metrics you would like to see they are clearly visible.
First hour with this launch I kind of blanket, I think I'm going
to be using this thing for quite some time.
Hopefully I'm able to use this to set the bar and then
exceed it every day as far as steps go.
In addition, this watch will help me be productive with my
time.
Another feature I found hand was that the watch has a long
battery life as opposed to other smart watches.
The Garmin ‘Instinct 3’ does not need to be charged every
day like a pixel watch or apple watch, this one you charge every couple of days
depending on usage, what keeps it going is that it’s solar powered!
At 300$ I will keep
this one close.

It does what i need it to. messages, GPS, notifications, reminder, alarm, workout timer, calories burned, steps.
